That's why I am here. first thing I learned in RE is I for sure dont know everything and very few folks do.. we are all learning even at 50 years of doing deals I learn new things every week.. thats why I am on BP you have also 50 states rules and laws are not nationwide so I like to know how each state works when it comes to transactional real estate and development.

MF with many garages to convert to ADUs, parcel splits, full on development, coop/tic with the resources to handle financing challenges, etc.To raise money in this market as a newby will also be challenging unless you can get it from friends and family.

I wanted to burn down two houses on my 90 lot development.. not as easy as it sounds at least in Uber permit crazy oregon.. you needed lead and asbesto's test then remove those if they are present..
