Converting the partnership into a Tenancy in Common (TIC) could work, but keep in mind this requires dissolving the partnership structure and redistributing ownership, which may have tax implications depending on how it’s handled.

@Dan Deppen owns a company that does the underwriting.Once its underwritten then you also must make sure you use a third party licensed servicer to follow fdcpa requirements and consumer protection laws.Lastly, depending on the state you are in, you may need a lender license or servicing license in order to orginate loans.
