Many who started out as Novice beginners with fix and flips and now do large new construction and Multi family projects. 

This is the largest Adaptive Reuse project that I've taken on. 

Didn't work out because I still have a project hanging in Upper Chichester (Philadelphia, PA).

My rule of thumb when walking with contractors is if they talk more about themselves and past projects compared to what they will do on this project thats a hard no. 

Or take the proceeds and do the next project.

I would like if you ever need a licensed GC to do renovations/Tenant Improvement projects I have a group for that.  

Since I undertake a number of projects with passive partners who maintain ownership interest in the LLC, I often have to negotiate this with the banks ahead of time as I customarily solely guarantee the debt and that's my LP's expectation.

There are plenty of entry roles from cold calling, scrubbing data and find deals for investors, leasing assistant, work on construction sites, office admin, project coordinator, Title assistant, RE photographer, transaction coordinator.. on and on. 

The 7 isles project hasn't even started.

If you are in the Seattle market the better, even better in the burien market, but all are absolutely welcome because no matter where the project is, a house is a house. looking forward to hearing from all of you!
