But your broker “the jailer” I’m sure isn’t in his glory with all of this talk about commission when you and everybody should be concentrating on selling, producing, networking and yes of course making a valid commission.Please don’t take offense toThis, but greed only gets you so far, and yes I understand it’s in writing but again let the ink dry on the Agreement before demanding commission on a home that hasn’t even closed yet.

I personally don't think that anyone has any business wholesaling to house flippers, unless they have learned how to profitably flip houses themselves.Not trying to be offensive by any means, but I think most house flippers can agree that most wholesalers put the horse before the carriage.

Before moving forward with anything, I think you should make sure that this person is qualified enough to buy the house.Or at the least can afford monthly payments and has no criminal background/evictions in the past.There are many online services that you can use for this.I would recommend to ask an attorney to draft a lease and an option document.
