How would I go about being able to get $50k limit in personal credit worthiness, my plan is to leverage both my business and personal credit combined totaling 80-100k then hiring a business consultant in my area that works at the chamber of commerce for mentorship on how to invest without proof of concept but high probability in quick returns that have longevity?

To get more they need to find a buyer willing to pay 10%+ interest but be credit worthy enough for some type of conventional financing.

Hi Gordon,I guess commission might be one of the reasons but the HUD regulation states that, "Assumption creditworthiness review processing must be completed within 45 days from the date the lender receives all necessary documents" I did send this information to the lender and there is no response yet.

While there is a common theory that banks began including a due on sale because they're inherently greedy, which I don't disagree with, I believe lenders were also concerned that their chances of being repaid might be impaired if the new purchaser was less credit worthy, then the Borrower.
