@Catherine BeckerIf the title insurer is unable to obtain payoff information from either state government or Federal government because of coronavirus shutdown, the seller may have to have his attorney use that as the basis for filing for a Temporary Restraining Order by which a judge temporarily places the foreclosure auction on hold.

The AAA contractors said that repairs could take longer due to any set-backs to their workforce to regulations of social distancing and other practices to curb coronavirus spreading (our unit is only 500 square feet).We want to sue our upstairs neighbor for the $1000 deductible and our relocation fees, the $100 she promised my brother-in-law as well as missed work (my husband is a music teacher and missed his work day on that Saturday due to our unit flooding).

The tenant once admitted he has OCD so he wants to keep everything clean,I feel they are perfect tenants to have to navigate this pandemic.I am somewhat reluctant to vett new tenants now due to the corona virus, besides not everyone is on the same page about Corona safety protocols.I prefer to err on the safety side since we are not dealing with just another flu virus so I have this fear of unknown.Appreciate if anyone here can provide any suggestions or if they have been in a similar situation.
