I am concerned about parking and how that would work parking more vehicles along the street. 

My concerns with them would be:1.

Percent of UPB is fairly irrelevant as the buyer will be purchasing the note for cash flow and the rate of return would be his/her major concern

I'm concerned about potential issues with refinancing, such as property valuation, interest rates, and lender requirements.

My main concern was if I there would be any tenants looking for a place in that particular neighborhood.

I guess my biggest concern but having to sell the house if I were to leave the country.
