Our market is extremely competitive for rentals and homes for sale  so I will be putting an ad on Marketplace, seeking an investor to purchase a property and lease to them, as they can pay up to 2500 for a 4 bedroom, and more for higher number of rooms. win/win.

The borrowers pay significantly less for those appraisals; they usually lack vital information, tend to be performed to much more “lax” standards, and often lack good decision making as to comps, capitalization rates, and adjustments of value between the subject property and the comps.  

I think it depends on the price range/caliber of your listing as well as the competitiveness of the market you are in.

Hi, yes all of those areas definitely great areas to invest in real estate my clients would agree also, Ohio has a competitive market.

Then look at some of the competition to see what your property needs to offer in order to be competitive.

As a mortgage broker in CA, I've worked with Easy Street over the last few years and they have their certain box they are competitive in, but overall, they're okay.
