These kinds of claims are only propagated by scammy gurus to sell you their coaching.

I tried Fortune Builders in 2014, paid for coaching, and went to a wholesaling summit in 2015 where I decided to start an LLC.

My wife is currently going through her masters to be a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner while holding a full time job as well as being a mother (ya she is a total badass), and I teach Texas History and coach football and soccer. 

(PROS: Great info, curriculum, holds me accountable to make the money back, webinars, coaches, deal analyzer, weekly action plans  CONS: Cost of the course can go towards marketing or other ways to invest, not enough time, the thought of 'there are others ways to learn')The list wasn't enough for me to decide.

You may be able to find a way to become a value add to one of the teachers in exchange for one on one coaching.

There also bears responsibility with folks that are thought leaders, JV experts, and coaches to give the newer folks what they need to rise up and be successful.
