SATISFIED WITH THE SALES PRICE: I understand I may be selling The Property for less than market value but have chosen to do so because circumstances dictate that an immediate sale, even at a discounted price, is in my best interest.

It is also VERY hard for us to find these houses so there is not a dime a dozen ;) Therefore we have chosen to keep the houses and build up our cash flow which reaches OUR goals!

If the properties are chosen well that should hold up well in a downturn.

I decided to give her a land-contract (owner finance), but I could have chosen to end her lease and kept the property as a straight rental.
