Does anyone have suggestions for a contractor, who could replace carpet for laminate in 2 rooms + Frog and Stairs, Enclose and build shower, toilet and sink, add side door to garage and small window for bathroom, add another small sink for kitchenette and small contertop?

As a parent of young children, the open stairs and the big gap in the closet under the stairs seem dangerous.A  couple of questions:1) Do you know the difference between your net income leasing vs.

My strategy was to block the up and down stairs with a door that can be locked on both sides.

My grandmother (86) is getting too frail to go up and down the stairs on a daily basis, so she just stays on the top floor and makes my mom weight on her up and down the stairs. 

The inspector determined the slope of the cement walkway outside was toward the house, and needed to be changed otherwise water would pool up there when raining.Good luck!

I told the daughter that it would be no issue for her to install a stair glider and remove it with associated repairs on move out if needed. 

Three sets of stairs need refurbishing/replacement.

I also plan to open up the one bedroom at the landing of the stairs to create a formal “landing” area.
