Is the occupancy rate truly there and what are you going to do that is different that most airbnb hosts in the area? 

We host a monthly meetup the first Wednesday of each month, you should definitely come to our meetup (and others in the area) if you wanna learn and meet other new investors. 

I know that some hosts require their guest to refill the propane tank, but I actually do not like that approach.
