I mean if you find the right deal where your purchase and Reno cost gives you a lot of meat on the bone that is a win.

I suppose if you could enter bare bones info for payment, that would be ok, but that also means no reports accessible on the desktop, either.Innago is free for landlords, but charges tenants with every payment, even ACH.

I would try to get out that as soon as I could and get into something with some more realistic meat on the bone.

The house had great bones though - a good roof, functional windows, and well-maintenanced HVAC.

The homes only need minor work and more than enough meat on the bone.

Also if it’s older maintenance would be higher and you’d want to insure the bones are solid.

When I looked at the numbers I saw that the turnkey provider took a lot of meat off the bone.
