Some people do it the other way around, spending 20 minutes picking from the menu, then take the warm body that comes along as a tenant.

The main challenge has been dealing with the state and other governing bodies in regards to the water well and sewer treatment plant.

Wholesaling is much harder now than it was then because every body knows how hot the market is and knows that they can get $X for their home because, "That's what Jimmy down the street just got last month for their home!"

Over the years they've compiled to appx 50,000 emails and I'd like to convert this to a Google Sheet with a few columns (title of message, body of message, email address of poster, date posted, and if possible files & photo attachments).

I think his body produces natural caffeine.

However very proud of our body of work we did pioneer the one area and now its really blossomed.. values of the existing homes have more than doubled to tripled for the owners there.
