You put money aside for retirement, live the good life, kids get pretty much whatever they want, spouse gets new stuff all the time.

And I noticed that many of the unfurnished units were offered with a month to month lease... the kids would get cheap furniture that they didn't care about tearing up and giving away when they were done.

Especially in real estate investing....Demand/Population - Younger people are waiting to start families, not having kids, and generally not the same trends as prior generations.......AI - A lot of AI is hype.

@Lia Veit  Maybe Try joint venture for the first few flips with investors on this board whom you can meet at meetups and then you can have better idea of how REI works

@Annette Eck I’d send a complaint to the real estate board and the agent’s broker, especially if you have video proof that the agent is giving lockbox code to applicants, not present with them.

So now we know things at local level are set to get things done vs a private entity who has to try and get local gov on board.
