I thought I got their name off of Bigger Pockets awhile back, but I can't seem to find their name on here now.

Curious on what actual investors experience as the bigger cities like Cleveland, Toledo, and Columbus are discussed more often here.The best way to investigate areas?

With growing Latino population that tends to have a lot bigger family, I am not worried about finding guests.

I'm wondering if I should build out the house to sold comps valuation (bigger more expensive house chasing equity valuation) ORShould I build just enough of a nice mountain cottage for best cashflow.

Bigger Checks/Bigger bills = Bigger buy down of interest and bigger savings/leverage.

Or buy a thermal camera to check for heat losses, they have gotten really cheap.
