I own 93 acres with a fully stocked, private large pond/small lake in a coveted area of the Triangle in NC where you can't find this much acreage available, and I would like to know the best way to partner with a development company or other organization to create a high end, beautiful community on this site.

I do believe it's probably a question of 'when', not 'if', but at the moment, I don't see how that prototype saves any money, considering running wiring & plumbing with solid concrete walls (you'd likely furr over them with conventional stud framing, and would be building 2 walls instead of 1), meeting energy codes in different climates, envelope tightness, and satisfying aesthetic preferences.

@Brenden Corder I'm form NC, Lake Lure is beautiful, but Maggie Valley will be more centrally located to more tourist attractions, and Maggie Valley is nice too.

I’ve seen the city develop and grow a lot over the last 20 years but it’s honestly just as beautiful and diverse.Where in Asheville or Buncombe county you decide to look will basically determine where you’ll be buying in the market.
