It's not a bad strategy, especially if you live in a lower-priced area with a good rent-to-purchase price ratio.

Andrey this the same deal you were posting about a few months back.. if so i would contact Kathy and see whats up.. its exactly as i thought it was.. seller financing so the debt was to the seller who then probably sold the notes to other investors.. so no recourse just bad deal 

A good score is an easy "yes", but a bad score is an "ask more questions" in my process.

If it keeps you out of one bad deal, it paid for itself.

So they really had no choice IMHO....Welcome to the landlord world I guess.....makes ya wonder why we do this sometimes, huh?

This is what I discovered if this helps anyone out who Googles about them and ends up on this Bigger Pockets forum thread.On Reddit, there were several negative reviews like really bad ones of current clients who can't seem to exit from their services and who have spent and lost lots of money due to lag times, mistakes, etc. on the part of Anderson Advisors.

The marginal returns drove me to seek other strategies.So, this is not a "bad" deal if you consider it more of a learning experience than one that will make you a lot of money. 

Had someone dating his daughter and they did something bad.  

Artwork is often personal choice, but you definitely need some stuff there.

I would not wait for something bad to happen.
