@Dave Foster you inadvertently answered a question I had, but was unable to articulate just yet.

Another matter concerns any estate planning issues, articulately as to right of survivorship.

The problem in this case is that we're really not 50/50 and we're trying to figure out how to articulate how far off we are.

@Stephanie Potter was more articulate and helpful than I was... sometimes trying to reply on my iPhone is difficult and I am unable to properly explain WHY.

I have more details on my bio, but I have 2 ways of articulating my current gameplan based on timing: 1) in the short-term, my goal is to build out a rental portfolio that earns me $10k in monthly after-tax passive income2) in the long-term, i want this to be a multi-state business whose initial strategy is based on fixing-and-flipping along with rentals.I hope to have enough knowledge & contacts (all my ducks in a row) to buy my first investment property by June 2016 at the absolute latest.

Hopefully that makes sense trying to articulate these concerns that are floating around in my head lol.

The way you speak, including language you use and how you articulate ideas is equally important. 

Why don't we regroup and try and articulate what specifically you are trying to get some information on?
