I know a lot of people who say they want freedom, but in reality they want wealth...For example, you can achieve freedom by purchasing a very cheap property, paying it off quickly, moving in, and then building enough cash flow to pay for the basics -- food, clothes, used car, insurance, etc.That would give you freedom from having to work for someone else...The problem is, most people want more than that -- they want a nice house, a couple cars, good food, vacations, toys/gadgets, etc.

i.e. farming, purifying water, making electricity, clothing ect...

Just wondering1: can you NOT allow a tenant to put cloth diapers in a shared use (coin op) machine?

Their costs are considerably higher but they drive the rents of comparables up and many young professionals will forgo the shared yoga studio or indoor dog park for my somewhat less expensive, but comparable, alternative.

The image,cars,clothes,living is way more expensive to maintain out there as well.They do not get to keep all of that money unless they are the head broker and even then they have business expenses (assistants,marketing,etc.)

I saturate a cloth and put it around faucets and drains.

He does not have a fancy watch, nor wear fancy clothes.

Cedar will take your imagination back to the woods... many enjoy the smell, but it is a strong aroma and will linger on clothes.

And while we do homeschool, our kids don't make our butter or manufacture our clothes ;)

You should look for dishes in sink, good in fridge, clothing in closet, anything that supports active residency.
