I have been holding off looking at property because I have never visited OH and I feel I need to visit before making a purchase. 

Ultimately I think the main focus of the visit is to familiarize yourself with the property (since you have not seen it in person yet) and check on the rehab work and meet your contractor and PM. 

Licensing fees, CE classes, E&O insurance, general business liability insurance, sentrilock/suprakey fees, board association, etcc.

Is there anyone they partner with here to put on US MLS, eBay, FB, all the social media sites, craigslist, land watch, land.com, etc.Who is your target buyer? 

Yes, I wish there was an app or a site where you can easily find out the property tax on rentals instead of going through the assessor’s office, 

More specifically can you get utilities to the site?

In desperation, I even visited their office in person, only to have my concerns dismissed and another empty message taken.
