bp is great of course but it can't and shouldn't replace everyone of us being a member of at least one local REIA.

To be sure there is no rocket science involved, but sometimes just encouragement is enough to push you over the hump into the next deal.   

I've also seen offers denied by sellers for the most absurd of reasons, f. ex a gal who made a cool USB skirt that lit up in whatever direction was North, and posted it on Youtube... not sure what you can, or can't, do about that one.

Once they get a live person, they're invested and over the hump and it's rude to hang up on someone... but hanging up on voice mail, that's easy!

I would have to say that at some point, we have to let common sense and intuition play into it, and if they don't perform the due diligence on the situation to determine that they should get a real appraisal, why should the rest of us be denied the information?

I dont see us being able to pay this off.

This way our electricians and security camera guys know where to put them, without us being there all of the time.

Something to push you over the hump and get you some real money to play with.
