I want to build my network and find better deals in Philly and surrounding areas.

My advice would be pick ONE strategy, read as much as you can on the topic (like flipping or house hacking), then surround yourself with people who are actively doing what you want to do successfully.

I have a couple business partners looking to pool resources to make this possible as well.I am interested in connecting with bigger pockets experts, agents, and lenders in Middle Tennessee or surrounding states.  

For example, if I need a tub surround replaced, they get paid $125 (I supply all materials, so it's strictly labor).  

I am an investor in Macon and the surrounding areas, but I also help other investors.

STR that do the best have a target audience based on the the surrounding options that improve the vacation experience.
