. - About 18 months ago, I paid $600 for SEO on my lead generating website and I can say with absolute certainty that it was effective (though it took about 4 months to really start kicking in).Since the SEO was implemented, I've gotten hundreds (and probably well over a thousand) of lead submissions.

We will need to set a deadline for submissions ... say July 31, August 15?

thanks @Jon Holdman. thats helpful. however if the property is locked in a bid within 2 days of submission, wouldn't creation of LLC take a bit longer.

Any submission by the creditor to challenge the motion to strip, motion to value or challenge the BK plan.

., cold calling, LOI and offer submission automation, prospecting, driving for dollars, direct mail strategies, marketing budget, do's and dont's, Marketing Co-Ops, Business Branding, Bandit signs, Craigslist post/Ads, Company gear, Logo, Business cards, etc...everything we need to do to get leads consistently and making deals.

If the applicant like the property and the application submission goes well, no eviction, criminal history, etc., then you will fill out what is called a RFTA (in Maryland).

I charge $25k for legal services including the set up of the company, development of the plan, submission to the SEC, answering the SEC, submission to the states, and review of all marketing materials.
