What are you opinión of this deal: bought home for 410k, fha with 6% seller concession.The home is a live and flip deal. 4bed, 1 bathroom. 1500Sq ft cape, roof is mid life, no foundation issues, no oil tank issue, no furnace issues Renov 48k ( on a personal loan) ( New kitchen, second bathroom, landscaping, fencing, repair existing bathroom, New flooring, paint the inside, replace two window, repair deck, putca couplecof gutters,, update electrical panel, New major appliances)With the current market in my area ARV 560K (iam in upstate ny) Should I keep for 2yrs or refinance and rent this out?

Large expense that will come due real quick. 2) Roof 3) Foundation/slab But not a deal breaker, just be aware....most foundation issues are not a big deal. 4) Structural - alterations to load bearing walls, cut trusses in attic, etc 5) Electrical - Is main panel adequate?

So the tenant in my rental was complaining that the refrigerator panel where the water and ice come out would pop off occasionally, but mentioned that it wasn't a big deal because she doesn't use the water or ice.

It comes with 3 water heaters, 3 separate electric panels, however landlord pays for heat since there is only 1 furnace.
