Is it in a town like Orem or Provo?

Being in San Antonio, I'm biased towards the Hill Country vacation towns or places along the river/lakes like New Braunfels, San Marcos, Canyon Lake, Medina Lake, etc.

If your demographic is white collar rentals La Sierra Hills, some parts of La Sierra South, Wood Streets, Woodcrest, Orangecrest, Canyon Crest, Alleandro Heights, Sycamore Canyon area, Mission Grove, some parts of Downtown area as well.If your demographic is blue collar, Downtown Riverside, Wood Streets, Arlington area, Ramona, Magnolia Center area, Sycamore Canyon, Orangecrest, Woodcrest, some parts of Downtown area, La Sierra (Hills and South).  

We went to a place called the Canyon and the sun was in full shine.

I am interested in fostering a relationship with wholesalers and relators with experience on the different markets in Canyon and Ada County. 

Other cities Im not familiar with when to comes to STR but happy to chat Austin area/hill country (canyon lake, dripping springs, fredricksburg, ect)

What are everyone's thoughts on the Wellsboro,PA / Grand Canyon of PA area for a short-term rental? 

What about American Canyon ..

I'm a college student in Phoenix, AZ at Grand Canyon University. 

I'm originally from Santa Clarita too @Will Barnard (Valencia area), I'm just curious, did this home happen to be in Canyon Country by any chance?
