I am sorry, but it looks like you paid $390,000 for a building that might be worth $250,000.

u can see these homes on my website. also if there is any way to manage it.. if you can figure out how to get paid as a WA resident you will enjoy the same no income tax status you enjoy now..

About a week ago, the borrower came through, paid all past due payments, paid all the costs associated with the foreclosure, and the note is now current.I learned this strategy from one of my clients.

Those agents are recommended because they paid to be first on the list.

If I already have some properties under my belt and they are cash flowing, I'll be much more willing to save time by using paid tools etc.

If the answer to the last question is yes, I think it'll be a hard choice.I see a reasonable appreciation rate for underwriting at about 6% based on neighborhood scout, so nominally I think you'll make 10-11% if you had paid cash which means I think you'll do quite well holding on (20% returns or so).
