Hi,i have a friend who is looking to purchase a primary residence in the sherman oaks/encino/studio city areas.

Looked everywhere until I finally took one off the other cabinets and had a cabinet maker copy it - $75 oak exact copy. 

My contractor installed particleboard kitchen cabinets that have a oak doors.

@Jessica Sorensen I think if you want cashflow and you have great vision and remodeling skills then take a look at Oak Park/Tahoe Park.

We have another house on Paseo Pinzon, Capo Beach (Dana Point), and there are multi million dollar homes on the bluffs which is 1 house away from us and across street (you can see map) There's also a celeb sports person that bought, and has friends looking at our property.

Historic areas like Memorial, Tanglewilde, River Oaks, Heights ect...are still strong.

Any Dallas investors involved in this neighborhood? Heading out to check out a few properties. Opinions on long-term potential for both rentals/rehabs?
