If you have a lot of doors, any claims you're paying out (again, with your time spent dealing with issues) are generally offset by the premiums you're collecting from doors that don't require any or much attention.The fee structure should be transparent and easy to understand, and it certainly should be on the PMCs radar to avoid "project management" when possible.

Jhon Jackson had my friend and I working our butts off selling us on buying thing that was supposed to help us we spent over $10,000 dollars and got nothing for it and he refuse to give us our money back he is a con artist one of the best.

I recommend you avoid Section 8 until you've spent a few weeks learning more about it and deciding whether it would be worth it to you.One thing you need to know up front is that there's a lot of extra paperwork involved.

@Amy Lin - If it were me I would have an experienced attorney start the eviction process immediately.They are probably going to hang on as long as they can rent free as they have the closing proceeds.They might care about their credit if they do plan on buying another place, so you might have some leverage there.

It would be nice to get rid of the $200 a month charge but at the end the numbers don't change much on total spent.
