All kinds of restrictions on selling, moving and financing. 

Their customer support is terrible and some of their software, but they have about 8x the site traffic in general than Airbnb and VRBO combined, surprisingly.  

The more you can show that you have community support (talk to your neighbors of the property & the local biz) and potentially MEDC conceptual support that will go a long way.
