Fees are usually a percentage of your settlement (I think around 10-15%), so make sure you’re comfortable with that before signing anything.

My goal here was to get a "brick and mortar" address rather than a PO Bx... usually i go the UPS route but signed up for iPostal1 this morning as it has a location near my home.  

At the time my only issue was their loans appear to be backed by wall st.. so the closing docs were enough to kill not one but two trees and took way more time to sign the  whole package then I like to spend signing closing docs :)  But thier fee's and rates are hard to beat. 

I am unsure my co-sign will be any assistance on an OO purchase.  

They agreed and signed both rental agreements. 

It was not easy, since without having my property under contract I had trouble getting a property owner to sign a sales agreement with me.

So when I was getting closing to signing on the load it cost me %.5 extra in interest because the property wasn't occupied. 

Also showing them how to do it and where its all located during move in walk through and it being on the move in check list that everyone signs.   

I couldn’t figure out who had to even sign the loan docs let alone the personal guarantees. 

They are unable to visit the units prior to signing a lease.
