Based on my reading and understanding I'd like to form my LLC in Wyoming.

I understand I'd have to be local for some appointments, but are these visits generally infrequent/painless?

I'm hoping to buy something in the $300K-$400K range so I'd like the highest quality tenant possible in that price range.

I imagine the argument would be, well if PadSplit disappears we need to base it off this less, more conservative number...

I'd just as soon donate to the local contractor union's retirement fund. 

I was thinking this might work on my property in Redding and can be adapted to a shared housing project for seniors (though I'd want rooms large enough for bed, bath and seating area)  It's my understanding that it is considered a SFR with seperated bedrooms as far as planning.
