As far as positive ROI - I'd like feedback on the following items:-Switching to tankless hot water heater (current water heater doesn't look so hot)-Upgrading electric panel to a Span Smart Panel.

I am eyeballing my first Air B & B in Fox Lake, or neighboring town, on the Chain O'Lakes.

Put cayenne pepper, black pepper, and all the hot spices you can find and mix them all in a jar. 

Will you rent through Air BnB?

But, they chase the latest hot trend.  

There will be some holes in the wall where they open it up to let air in and dry it out.

If you know New Hampshire well and what the hot spots and activities are there’s many areas with year round demand.

With the HOA payment at the condo, I don't pay any utilities, I don't worry about landscaping or maintaining the multiple pools, hot tubs, lazy river, etc.  

One gives you microwaved waffles and a room, the other greets you at the door has hot towels ready, tells you where the sights and sounds are and caters a multi course meal to your room. 

Would it devastate me financially to get that $1800 bill for replacing a hot water heater ?
