I'm independent, no debt, no student loans, very low tuition (with financial aid grants), rent of $500 per month, credit score above 750 and a small chunk of change saved up in the amount of $15,000.

When I attended 2 of the Tallahassee Investor Network meetings, which granted is not many, I found them uninformative (one podcast on Biggerpockets will teach you much more).

Granted, after the first year I plan on purchasing 2 properties, one to live in, and the other two I would rent out.

There are billions of people in unfortunate situations in other countries that would literally risk their lives for a chance to have the same set of circumstances our whiny citizens have and were granted by birth.  

The FHA will grant up to 10 Investor Loans ALL of which THE INVESTOR CLOSES PERSONALLY.
