I am a firm believer in going after the things that interest you. 

If you are new to wholesaling I would say make an effort to decide if you are going to be an acq or a dispo.

My advice would be go for the most they will loan you as long as you're in an appreciating market and you can find a value-add.

When I search for rentals as a user and not as a landlord the search result shows as apartments with 3 units and when I click it then it brings up all 3 houses and says which unit the user want to go to.I paid for this premium listing and want my listing to be separated out.
