We are about to lose all our stuff that we have in storage because we cant afford the past due balance and this months payment. 

I've coupled it with Amazon Key in order for the Amazon deliveries to be delivered directly inside a garage I dedicated for storage.

Hey, has anyone ever bought or leased a lot in an area close to a freeway or major road to use to rent out for RV and boat storage?  

Fear is generally caused from not-knowing or 1 failed deal....This could include (1) fear of investing in big million-dollar properties, (2) fear of investing out-of-state, (3) fear of investing in other property types (office/self-storage, etc.), etc.  

Usually that area gets commands 700-1000 depending on number of bedrooms/bathrooms and condition of unit and surroundings.what I do to squeeze out more money is to rent out the garage and storage areas.

There is one part of the property market Barrack said he still likes: self-storage facilities, which require little capital investment and don’t show any signs of slowing demand.

I recently added a bedroom to an efficiency (that had a tenant living in it) by taking space from a storage area and punching through with a door once it was finished. 

They fixed it and turned the unit into a storage unit.  

In the future I would also like to invest in other forms of passively managed income properties, such as storage units.I worked as an analyst doing appraisal at a property tax firm.
