Now I have a question regarding when I can use my college degree and job as "proof of two years work" rule: when can i show consistent paystubs where i can be considered for a mortgage loan?

If you have 4 college students in a 5 bedroom house with a reasonable driveway that can fit 4 cars and they don’t throw parties all the time you will probably be ok.

The AE 4 years of college then 5 years experience.

The work I do is for a waterslide company and they don’t report anything, and I cut grass as well while being a full time college student.
