But what you're trying to do is get your new property under contract and then give yourself as much time as possible to get your SFs sold before you have to take title to the MF.Lastly, if you absolutely have to take title to the MF before all of your Sfs have sold you could pursue a reverse exchange where we form an entity that takes title to the MF and holds it until all of the Sfs have sold.

If the trust is what is called a "disregarded entity" (meaning it does not have it's own TIN and does not file a tax return) then the activity of that property is reported on your personal tax return.
