The Housing and Community Development Committee will hear the bill AB 1506 submitted by democratic State Representative Bloom on Thursday, January 11. 

Also, make sure your block committee or board is aware...because you may get complaints about the tenants who end up hanging around and smoking a lot.All the best!

A Lakewood city council committee is studying the issue.
