Its important to carve out personal outside space for each unit and make sure there is appropriate parking for both the primary home and ADU.

If you have a website, Instagram or other social page for the house, having those convey as well are always welcome.Our market is heavily driven by STR near the theme parks, so not sure how the SLC market works, but to me, having it still operating is a must.

For the investors I work with, I send my flippers to certain neighborhoods (Near east side, Crown Hill, Mapleton Fall Creek) and my LTR investors to other areas (West side, Christian Park, Martindale-Brightwood) -- there are some transitional neighborhoods that work for both (Brookside, Little Flower).
