@Adam Schneider Thanks for the suggestion... though I'm not sure what AAPL is and when I google search I get Apple stock info. : )   Though I'm a fan of their product, I'm pretty sure that's not what you were suggesting.

Podcasts work out great for me as an outside sales rep for an aerial lift manufacturer.

It seems that % of ARV would be more a fixed variable and allow more of an apples-apples comparison when estimating cash flow based on various rent prices.

My personal preference is one that I can lift as opposed to having wheels since I load it in and out of my work van every day so it does not get stolen.

Although we were there in the "off" season, we were very excited that you could literally stand on the balcony and hit the ski lift for Granby with a rock. 

It is not quite apples to apples, but if someone is willing to bet their shirt and $100M it usually means that something went into their diligence (doesn't mean it is right, but still worth factoring in).

Buy some shares of Apple or Amazon, don't jump straight into penny stocks just because the price is so enticing.Best of luck!
