@Jd MartinWith respect, I think that the aesthetics of SS are so much better than white, that it would make a tangible difference in the tenant's perception of how nice the unit is.

The little touches are what guests remember (and write about) it's also the 2023 aesthetic that differentiates on the Oregon Coast.

Alternatively, in a hotter market that's closer to the city which will have a price point of $550-$600k we will be using a stager because that's a more demanding buyer who will expect a level of aesthetic and set up when arriving in a newly renovated home.  

If she is going to take you to court over aesthetics, it will be a tough case haha. 

Additionally, each floor is equipped with a central vacuum for easy cleaning.The house is adorned with beautiful white oak hardwood flooring, and the metal floating stairs are custom-made, adding to the modern, luxurious aesthetic of the home.

When others go out, they'll be replaced with the lowest-cost, aesthetically-pleasing replacement.

Aesthetic issues are done to the point where I keep things basic, yet functional and if I can get good quality and eye pleasing items for a low cost, I do them.
