I have always said you can trip over a good electrician and a good plumber but finding a good GC is like hitting the lottery. 

Or sign up for the Southwest Card and get minimum 2 trips for free basically (let me refer you!

I think they are based here in Fort Collins, but I’m sure they be able to make the trip.

Just came back from there yesterday and had an amazing trip meeting people and driving around the town.

If your round trip is 3 hours for a 10 minutes job, you're going to get tired real fast about having an STR 1.5 hours away.  

I took a trip to Youngstown, Cleveland, and a few other markets there.

I would echo @Marcus Auerbach  and @John Fedro that you should make a trip out there. 

I can see how this can trip up investors. 

They snagged me some solid tenants that I rarely hear from or about.I’ll be flying out to check the places out eventually, and write it off as a real estate expense trip (although the trip may coincidentally be at the same time as my friend’s bachelor party...)
