Seems fun and I'm excited to see the changes you guys will make.

I recently did 1/2 thick travertine in a small bathroom & regretted it as it did suffer hairline cracks regardless of the solid thick backerboard/cement base its just the nature of the stone & more likely the temperature extremes we had last winter.

Things like a garage will be great during the cold winter and trust me your tenants will think so too.

It is winter here and the house inspector did not enter the attic due to personal items blocking access at the time of the inspection.

Nobody wants to pay our taxes or put up with the winters.

Leaves fell in the fall/winter when I listed it.

We are in MN and the bank decided to winterize this place.

Been there, done that - - no fun either.My approach wasexisting tenants were at peace until you arrivedyou have the shortest tenancyif you can't behave, then you will be the one evicted.I've instructed other tenants to call the sheriff if there's any further disturbance.The outcome was I ended up trading the keys for partial deposit refund to expedite the eviction - - cheaper costs and far faster.
