Max Maxwell has been a great help for me and I can almost guarantee if you watch his videos in order from start to finish, you will be ready to jump in the game.

If a person doesn't actively have skin in the game, there is ZERO respect for your house.   

Colleague of mine who owns a rental company, has about 2,000 rental properties in Chgo, and earlier this year, he explained to me how he got SCREWED with the moratorium, and wanted to now diversify with our company. 20% rentals to us (over time), because we have more stable and consistent income (not to mention skin in the game), vs getting screwed by his tenants.

I have been immersed in the real estate game for 3 years now and loving every step from learning, deal searching, and executing on a deal!!

Make sure you're covering all expenses and saving for capital expenditures for the "long term game".

However, I have a fairly unique business skill set that I'd like to apply to the real estate "game" that will provide a ton of benefit to others who do wholesaling.

 Maybe its the libertarian in me.... but if its on your property and the city gave you the OK and was who place it there, It's fair game to me. 

Seems they have gotten comfortable playing the blame game on each other as a distraction instead of creating solutions.
