Would be rather lonely.Frisco was mentioned and has a great summer and still rents well for ski season even though you need a bus or car ride to get to any skiing (it's central to most of the skiing close to Denver).Further afield, Crested Butte and Steamboat are amazing standalone towns with great summers and actual towns and cooler weather than Austin for sure.

Weather patterns might shift but since a lot of AZ water comes from the Colorado river basin and that covers a HUGE area I am betting that water will still flow to AZ eventually.  3)  If the planet warms northern climates will have longer growing seasons, absorbing more carbon.  4)  If the oceans warm there will likely be more plankton growth, absorbing more carbon.

The house was completely staged through out the winter months as the bad weather kept people away. finally it went to settlement on April 20 2014.
