I was standing around at auction last week BSing with another guy while we watched a very successful high net worth individual buy a property. 

You just need to watch your operating costs with elec rates rising, but, as example, I have one property with 8 units that pulls in nearly $400 per month @ just $1.75 per.

As I sweated my butt off and they watched me, they acquired a renewed respect for me and those harsh landlord/tenant lines seemed to fade away.

Somebody who is not a push over someone handy and can watch daily on what’s going on with tenants and report directly to you each week or as needed  .

Biggerpockets has weekly webinars you can sign up to watch free, and they have limited time replays, they do a lot of numbers it is all very useful.

It is truly fullfilling to be able to share and teach others and watch them build success through real estate. 

I have called a couple of times seeking information, and if I ask more than one question the consultant immediately steers me to the education center to watch videos.

I have been listening to the podcasts, watching the webinars, reading the books, watching the YouTube channels, all to learn and prepare.I am in a unique situation and would like to reach out to the community for advice and insights.
