Many times people like to see the house in process.As a developer I allow Builders to market lot and house packages in the developments when I am selling lots and not building.The way the financing works is the buyer gets the loan to provide all the funding for the lot purchase and the construction of the house so you will get paid for the lot if you own it when they close that construction wall if you are just marketing somebody else’s property they would get paid when the deal closes.

The buyers entered the property (without permission) and made major modifications to the house(before closing) ie. taking down walls, doors, stealing tools from the garage.
