If you have an ADU on your property, it's super easy to find out approximately how much you can take out through just a few clicks with only a soft credit pull...A side note: the founder of Figure.com Mike Cagney also founded Sofi and they got pretty some impressive investors.

Should I go to the electric company and see if they just wrongfully are charging me this or is the landlord illegally renting me a commercial zoned house as residential, and who is responsible for paying the commercial zoning electric deposit even though we were always under the impression this was a residential lease?

I was tempted to call the owner and let them know the realtor wasn't showing the property to all interested buyers, but decided to just let it go.Of course I have no idea what the real story is, but my suspicion (at least my impression) is that the realtor was playing games and maybe had a friend she would have preferred to score the property.
