From the information I am seeing on Bigger Pockets, I believe I can get valuable education here for free or little monthly fee (PRO subscription).

I am bringing my 12 y/o son along with me on this REI journey, teaching him the value hard work and entrepreneurship.  

Before we get our hands dirty on the renovation, a little history of myself…I am very fortunate to have a dad that was able to teach me a lot about carpentry and general contracting.

With all that said I'm happy to be on here and am excited to get to know some of you and help teach and lead each other.

Now I say that and I did a 7 lot one in North Charleston that I got through in 4 months.. but the lots were on a paved street with city sewer and water.. if you have to build infrastructer it can take a year to put plans together and get them approved.I think being a land ACK person for a big developer or builder would also teach you a lot with getting paid to do it.
